4. Cancellation policy
We accept to cancel your order only on the same day of purchase. Once this deadline has passed, orders are generally in transit and it is impossible for us to make a cancellation.
For delivery delays, it is possible to cancel your order 30 days following the scheduled date. For example, if our delivery time is 30 days at the latest, in the event that you do not receive your merchandise, then you have 30 days following this 30 days to make a cancellation request.
