Shipping and Refund
----Please allow a maximum of 2 days for your order to be processed. Then the orders are delivered in 2 to 5 working days. We work with several shippers in order to offer the fastest possible service (Canada Post, UPS, Dicom, etc.).
As soon as your product ships, you will be able to keep track of where your order is at all times.
Please note that additional delays may be caused by high demand for our products.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the receipt of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. We do not accept products for personal or sanitary use and products on sale.
Other items that cannot be returned or refunded:
* Certain health and personal care products
To make a return, you must show us a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Any item which is not in its original condition, which is damaged or which has certain parts missing for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a specified number of business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again.
Then, contact the entity that issued your credit card, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable. Items which required the addition of a promotional code to obtain a discount do not apply to this policy.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return or exchange information.
To return a product, you must email email@example.com for our return information.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
It is possible in some cases to provide you with a return label. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
